Hi, guys! We are Killaheadz – the Moscow hardstyle project, which consists of two members: Andrey Gribanov and Dmitriy Duplyakin. The project was founded in 2006, and it’s first name was “The Noise of Distortion”. We are producing bouncing and dense tuned hardstyle, basically dutchstyle or rawstyle, as well as annihilating alchoholic drinks (in a wise quantities, of course !). Also we love whiskey and hot girls!.

2. When did you first show an interest in DJ’ing / producing?

This had been happened long long ago So we can’t remember when it was!

3. Who would you say have influenced you over the years musically?

In the start of our career we was very impressed by Zatox and Activator, early tunes of Noisecontrollers (with their crazy melodiousness, which was a novelty), Zany, Tatanka. These artists has gave us the first direction to our tunes.

4. What has been your favourite event to-date and why?

21.08.2010 “Raveland: Explosion of Emotions” Open Air @ Sergiev Posad, Russia. There was a good organization, security, light, sound, equipment. But the main thing is that we have thoroughly prepared for our performance and it’s worked: the public was charging us with it’s energy. The result was incredible. After our performance we were very tired and satisfied!

5. What other artists would you recommend in the scene at the moment?

Alphaverb, B-Front, Slim Shore, Toneshifterz. Theese guys are amazing producers.

6. What would you say is your favourite record label at the moment?

Fusion Records, because this label releasing mainstream tracks as well as darkstyle/rawstyle.

7. What would you say has been your biggest achievement in your DJ’ing career so far?

We haven’t got any achievements in our career yet which we can call really BIG ! But we are always striving for more.

8. What’s the strangest thing you have ever seen at an event?

1. Usual CD-player in place of CD deck at an event!

2. Matvey. This guy always doing foolish things at Moscow hardcore events, like signing foreign artist’s t-shirts, climbing on the stage, drinking other peoples beer, etc

He was called “Russian crazy kissing guy” by one of the famous Dutch Hardcore DJs!

9. What can we expect from you in the future?

We’ll produce many interesting tracks, with bouncing and atmospherical sounds, maybe some experimentation too

10. Do you have a message for the Infexious crew?

Go on with MF hard music, guys! . And don’t stop, in spite of everything!).
