Yooww! Im Martin, but maybe better known as Chris One – the rough hardstyle dj/producer from Sweden!

2. When did you first show an interest in DJ’ing / producing?

I started writing songs on the piano when I was maybe 8 years old if that counts, ahahah… Seriously though, I think I started playing around with computer programs to produce when I was around 12 years old.

3. Who would you say have influenced you over the years musically?

Zany and Zatox are the people that influenced me the most in the beginning. Later on came the Zany & Beholder collabs and artists like B-Front and Digital Punk.

4. What has been your favourite event to-date and why?

Loudness!! Playing at Defqon.1 last year was great aswell but Loudness took the prize with the enthusiastic crowd and great djs!!

5. What other artists would you recommend in the scene at the moment?

Lately there seems to be quite popular with the harder side of hardstyle (which I find awesome!!) so there are a lot of people to mention… But some to recommend would be Digital Punk, The Machine, Sasha F and B-Front!

6. What would you say is your favourite record label at the moment?

TiLLT! ofcourse… uahahaha!! But Fusion and Italian hardstyle are banging aswell!!

7. What would you say has been your biggest achievement in your DJ’ing career so far?

Loudness again. Defqon was a big thing aswell, but I think that it was Loudness who really gave me a shot to show the people what Im all about!

8. What’s the strangest thing you have ever seen at an event?

Probably when I was booked to play at an event which was held in a Hells Angels garage, ahahaha. there was nobody making any trouble that evening trust me!!

9. What can we expect from you in the future?

New hard kicking tracks and dj sets filled with lots of rawness and energy!!

10. Do you have a message for the Infexious crew?

Get the mental hospital on speed dial because Im gonna make everyone go crazy!!
